Social Media Professional – This is a cool job. You'll focus 100% of your efforts supporting a wide variety of social media activities for Beaupre and its clients. Examples include: leveraging social networks; building online communities; creating video blogs and vodcasts; generating thought leadership content for the Web; podcasting; measuring social media impact; SEO assistance; blogging and blogging counsel; RSS and wiki deployment. You'll be in a position to enhance Beaupre's growing social media presence as well as work directly with Beaupre account teams and our clients to create and implement measurable social media programs. Requirements include: experience working with online media sites, social networking and/or community sites; deep understanding of social media and community Web sites; familiarity with programming languages including HTML, DHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, and web technologies including online video, Flash, CSS and RSS.
Account Manager (AM) –The AM is a main contact for a group of Beaupre clients. Responsibilities include: providing PR counsel; PR account planning; managing day-to-day activities; media, blogger and industry analyst relations; social media; strategic counsel; and program measurement. Successful candidates are communication and client service professionals, and bring established media relationships and a track record of securing editorial coverage. Social media knowledge and interest are essential to success. 7-10 years corporate and/or PR agency experience ideal. Interest in consumer and B2B technology is key.
Senior Account Executive (SAE) – The SAE is a key contact for a group of Beaupre clients. Responsibilities include: working closely with clients on a wide variety of activities including: news announcements, building relationships with reporters, bloggers and analysts, creating custom visibility with online and offline media, and measuring results. Successful candidates are communication and client service professionals, and bring established media relationships and a track record of securing editorial coverage. Social media knowledge is essential to success. 5-7 years corporate and/or PR agency experience ideal. Interest in consumer and B2B technology is a must.
Content Creator – Beaupre elevates content creation to the highest level with its department of full-time writers. Responsibilities include: working closely with clients and internal teams to produce authentic, differentiating thought-leadership content which populates Web sites and is also deployed as news releases, contributed articles, story ideas, and blog posts. 4-8 years writing experience required; journalism experience is highly relevant (literally all our writers are ex-newspaper reporters). Social media knowledge and interest are essential to success.
Account Coordinator (AC) – The AC supports internal account teams, works with clients, and learns the fundamentals of PR and social media. Responsibilities of this entry-level position include: administrative tasks; measurement reporting; and using online communications and research tools. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years prior work experience, a college degree, preferably in communications or social sciences, and an interest in technology.
