The Beaupre Speakers Bureau has secured more than 1,000 quality speaking engagements, making companies much more visible among peers, potential customers, media, industry analysts and the financial community. Beaupre secures these speaking engagements without our clients needing to exhibit or sponsor.
We established our Speakers Bureau in 1996, recognizing this key marketing activity requires continued day-in-day-out focus, not occasional attention. Speaking placements are an art unto themselves … the keys to success include understanding the complex world of speaking opps, building personal relationships with selection influencers, constant networking and adding value by giving our clients the kind of industry knowledge and specialized counsel that creates high impact placements.
Our focused professionals have the track record, specialized knowledge and personal contacts to build and sustain a highly successful speaking program. They focus on this activity every day and are very persistent and proactive – critical attributes because most speaking opportunities have deadlines 6-12 months out.
Over the years, we've learned it's not enough to simply submit an abstract and end the process there. The Beaupre Speakers Bureau continually goes above and beyond the normal submission process to secure speaking engagements. In addition to following submission guidelines, we also:
- Analyze conference programs to identify common themes and topics of relevance;
- Make suggestions on pertinent topics and write compelling abstracts and bios;
- Leverage our relationships with conference contacts;
- Monitor competitive speaking activity; and
- Engage with event moderators and program chairs.
- Persistently follow up post submission to gauge interest, persuade and impact selection status.
